Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – available for all U.S. orders.

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days) – optional upgrade at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays.


Free Shipping
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Eligibility and details will appear at checkout or in the promotion terms.


Order Tracking
After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order status by logging into your account or using your tracking link.


Shipment Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking link for updates.

  2. Contact the carrier directly for delivery details.

  3. If the carrier confirms loss or damage, email us at support@buynewskates.com and include your order number.

We’ll help file a claim or arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


International Shipping
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
